RB 3011 ports 6-9 occasionally fail after upgrade to 7.

I have a mikrotik with packet loss 0.1-5 percent. And eth6-9 speeds are occasionally switched. I have attached the configuration. The cables are eth5 and are fine. Network cards on other devices too.
