New CRS309 installed yesterday. Did upgrade via web interface from 7.11.x-7.12.x with no problem. Tried to switch to SWOS boot without success. Just got a white screen on reboot. Reset CRS309 back to default config and saw a second upgrade to apply RouterOS 7.14.2. Started second upgrade via web interface. All port lites went bright and stayed on despite most attached devices being off. I waited several minutes for sign of upgrade completion but go no feedback.

After five minutes I restarted the device and now I can not access. I tried resets-no access. I tried winbox and it does not see the device. I tried Netinstall - it sees device even without the long (20 second+ reset) but it will not install routerOS 7.14.2 file. At a loss what to try next. Is my new CRS309 bricked?

Suggestions are most welcome.
