I am having a problem, I work at an ISP. There are some services where we offer the UM and the client installs routerboard 960 with version 6.48.6. I install any type of antenna (ubiquiti, mikrotik) in port 1 and immediately the LAN of the antenna is disconnected as if it were damaged and it does not work again but the equipment is still hooked.

What could be generating this, it is something new because it takes time and it is happening now.
