Hi, for some reasons the internet cable from provider goes directly where I need to install the router, and from there another cable connect router to PC. Near the router there is no power socket so I have 2 chances, power it on from eth2 (from cable going to PC) or ruin and rebuild the wall to bring power to router.

I think in this case I can configure eth2 as WAN and eth1 as LAN port, so the power question is solved

Just to be complete: nope.
PoE in on ether1, PoE Out on ether2.
