CRS310-8G+2S+IN is great however the fan is annoying

Is working on ~750 RPM (I have single sfp+) and is almost silent , however still I can hear some annoying "clicking" rotating noice
Is someone have idea for replacement with noctua or something similar ?

My crs310 is brand new and I prefer to wait at lease several weeks before open it but the problem is crs310 sit next to my laptop on my desk and this "clicking" noise literally kill my brain

i would be interested to know that as well, and I am thinking of buying one too

I think that something from Noctua would be good replacement, this is 4 pin, i don't know if there is a 4 pin fan inside CRS but there is a 3 pin version also.
