We have a simple PPoPE Server in production. Recently we are facing issues with some of the ONTs where user is properly logged in to our Mikrotik CCR NAS but No Internet on Customer End. Upon checking it is found when we are issuing ping to client IP (Public IP) we are getting ping from NAS. But from any of the other next hop device like router we are getting RTO. Trace shows the end to be as NAS. Similary trace from external net to that client's public ip shows trace ends at mikrotik nas.

Just a simple reboot of the ONU, solves the prolem. But again after sometime same thing happens. As if there is no default route in the ONT.

Strange thing is we have replaced the ONT but issue persits. What could be wrong here? What configuration needs to be shared here?
