Cannot Access Userman URL

Hi Team, kindly assist,

I have a MitroTik RB951Ui-2HnD which was running Hotspot and userman until just last week.

I read a few posts that suggested it could be PPPOE settings that might have changed. I had to reset router because i didn't remember WinBox password from 2019.

Fast forward a couple of issues, my main issue right now is I cannot access the URL.
The router has been reset to default and the IP I'm using is 192.168.88.1/userman. I keep getting a 404 page not found


I can confirm confirm Userman is installed on it.

Thank you for the feedback, 192.168.88.1/um/ however i see a change in the URL when i tried. As though it tried to reach the users page.

I also read somewhere that you cannot reach the userman unless you have at least one customer in the database.

Unfortunately I don't even see the customer section in the list.
