    n*1024
    n=kbps yang dimaksud/dikehendaki
    misal ingin membatasi 128kbps
    128*1024=131072
    Maka itulah yg ditulis didalam con byte..

    nb:

    Beberapa hari ini refresh pattern ane ngaco, jadi ga bisa liat update posting ..wkwkwk, baru ketauan barusan...

    mas mau nanya lagi nih, kalau kita pake internal proxy apa perlu dibypass proxynya mas, dan kegunaan bypass proxy itu buat apa sih mas.
