Lemotan kalo diset web-proxy



Guys yg saya hormati...
hiks.. saya punya problem gini nih...
saya instalasi 2 squid, satu versi 2.6 di ubuntu feisty, dan satu lagi versi 2.5 di openbsd

dengan menggunakan setingan yg sama, maksudnya squid.conf yg sama tnyata hasil sama jg (maksudnya masalah yg timbul sama )

misalnya gini.. membuka situs friendster.com pasti agak ngehang dulu, sedangkan untuk situs yg lain tidak masalah..
kemudian saya iseng setting di browser. dan tnyata wowww bagus hasilnya..
saya ada dua warnet yg dilewatin ke proxy ini, dan saya menggunakan router mikrotik. di mikrotiknya memang ada internal web-proxy tapi koq gk ngaruh ya di parent-proxy ke squid saya...

tanya sana tanya sini tnyata katanya coba di squidnya di set transparent dan di mikrotik lgsg forward, eh tnyata bisa, namun kembali lg masalahnya sama saja loading awalnya lama sekalii..

skrg saya bingung, gimana ngakalin supaya gk perlu di set satu2 di tiap pc, kepikiran pakai automatic configuration script seh, tapi mosok iya serepot ituuuu... adakah kesalahan terletak di squid.conf nya sebab koq kalo di set di browser, keceptannya mengagumkan

kl di set di browser brarti setingannya paten, semua port 80 mesti lewat proxy.
cb seting MT nya di benerin lagi(rapiin lagi) kemungkinan rikues masih terlalu lama di network nya. web proxy MT nya ga usah di fungsikan.... lgsg aja ke mesin proxy. kl dah transparant, otomatis lwt proxy, tambahin lagi di MT nya dst-nat redirect port... beres dah.
umumnya kl browse lewat proxy emang rada bengong dikit dulu sih... tp kl dah dapet balesan dari proxy, satu page bisa sedetik lgsg done.

untuk FS mang rada2 aneh tuh... kl dah kebanyakan cache bisa ga mo kbuka.

di tempat gw pake dobel web-proxy...

web-proxy yg pertama buat transparant ke klien (di cache jg)...
trus di parent ke web proxy satunya lagi..
(soalnya coba bikin squid dari linux, gagal trus...)

hasilnya sekarang jadi kencengggg...
apalagi buat buka fs..

setting sih sama aja kok..

pake konsep mikrotik + squidbox..
nah ini squidbox nya diganti mikrotik jg..

cuman hadware squidbox (mikrotik) nya yg rada bagus..
pake 2 GB RAM, HDD dengan buffer 8 MB..
trus dipakein mikrotik V3 (yg katanya web-proxt nya udah di improve daripada V2.9)

gt doang sih.. hehe...
